Christian Tschida Birdscape

Birdscape is made with what Christian calls “pink maceration” which is a very light extraction with just a small amount of contact with the skins, to result in a very light red wine. 40 year old vines of Blaufrankisch, Pinot Noir and some white varieties blended in. Soft tannins, very fresh and juicy, cranberry and pomegranate, black pepper, kombucha and licorice. Perfect acidity. Bottled without sulfur. ABV 12.0% 750mL Preservative Free
