Zibibbo is an ancient, aromatic white grape from the Muscat family grown in the warmth of the Mediterranean and South Australia. Sourced from 70 year old bush vines and left on skin for 150 days in amphorae. The wine is dry yet exudes tantalising aromas of lemon, verbena, apricots, elderflower and wild honey. Bottled unrefined and unfiltered.
