Barrel ferment, about 25% new oak (a single Stockinger demi-muid) and full MLF play their roles, with nutty, gently spiced notes accenting the white stone fruit, pear, citrus, lemon curd and poached apple tones. There’s a decent rip of acidity, focusing those pleasing chardonnay trappings, with a textural sway flexing in the mid-palate." Marcus Ellis.
