Clare Valley Riesling that’s a bright, multilayered, dry wine. Full of citrus, followed by stone fruit, green apple, pear and a light minerality. Fruit is harvested in the cool of the morning, destemmed, crushed then pressed. The free run juice is fractioned, settled and fermented cool. 96 points from James Halliday!
